The rectangle open core machine is a specialized equipment used for bending, cutting, and shaping silicon steel strips under CNC system control to manufacture transformer cores. This equipment is widely used in the production of single-phase, three-phase, three-dimensional triangle cores, electronic transformers, current transformers, and reactor cores.

Features:

  1. Automatic decoiling, bending, and cutting.

  2. Operation is controlled via a touch screen with English interface.

  3. Bending and cutting use servomechanisms for high precision and strong stability.

  4. Specifications for processing silicon steel strip:

    • (1) For single-strip processing: strip width ≤ 400 mm (15.75’’)

    • (2) For dual-strip processing: strip width ≤ 190 mm (7.5’’)

  5. Burr precision of processed silicon steel strip: ≤ 0.02 mm

  6. Length precision of processed silicon steel strip: ≤ 0.2 mm

  7. Applicable silicon steel thickness: 0.15 mm – 0.35 mm

  8. Available bending angles: 30°, 45°, 90°

  9. Applicable for power transformers ranging from 30 kVA to 10 MVA
